Ray Sprays Founder Raymond Payne always knew what he wanted to do. He wanted to Make cars look good! After leaving school, Ray started an apprenticeship in New South Wales and by age 20 was a fully accredited tradesman. Representing the Smash Repairer who employed him at age 20, Ray went head to head at a NSW trade show against seasoned competitors up to twice his age, credibly finishing as one of the runners up.

By age 22, Ray had branched out to industrial painting, working on heavy machinery, excavators, Bobcats, rollers, compactors, trucks and boats as well as his first passion - sportscars! |
As of early 2009, Ray had racked up 16 years of experience and taken the bold step of establishing a Spray Painting company in his name.
Ray's Spray Painting Services, or just plain old Ray Sprays for short. The company is already growing fast, with expansion planned for 2010 and a backlog of orders from customers familiar with Ray's reputation as the Premier Spray Painter in New South Wales.
